Cylinder Disassembly
Torque multiplier and disassembly table for cylinder and shaft disassembly
There is no need to bash-and-hope to remove piston retainer nuts. Our powerful hydraulic torque-multiplier, which is unique in New Zealand, will undo the largest cylinders and shaft assemblies. The machine has up to 50,000lbs-ft (6,913kg-m) torque to shift the tighest retainer nut and can retorque the nuts to factory specification. The hydraulic force is evenly applied to reduce risk of ‘pick-up’. The large capacity disassembly table also incorporates a high-pressure (up to 3500psi) cylinder performance test facility.
